Alex Schinke
Growing up in a family that was involved in pig farming for a number of years taught me that farming isn’t just a job, it’s a way of life. Being immersed in the agriculture industry from a young age showed me firsthand that when stress piles up, it affects your work, family and well-being.
These experiences have encouraged me to help farmers navigate tough situations like farm transitions, financial stress and family dynamics. Whether it’s sorting out roles on the farm, improving teamwork, or handling the mental load of day-to-day operations, my goal is to help you regain clarity, confidence and control.
I’m a Registered Psychologist and have a background in Sport and Performance Psychology. This equips me with the tools to help farmers find strategies that strengthen their operations and encourages positive, effective team functioning; since farm success depends on working together.
I know that on the farm, time is valuable and problems don’t wait. That’s why I focus on practical, solution-oriented strategies that fit your circumstances. Let’s work together to keep your farm, family and future moving forward.
