Morgan Jefferson
I grew up in a large Ukrainian family and many of my core memories come from The Farm. Originally, my grandparents were grain farmers and now my partner and I live and work on our tree/sod farm. I have been immersed in the dynamics of family-owned businesses from a young age, shaping my understanding of hard work and resilience.
I have been working in the field of mental health for more than 11 years. I began in the non-profit sector, gaining experience across five specialized programs supporting children and families. In 2021, I transitioned into private practice and now own Inner Connections in downtown St. Albert.
I provide in-person and online (video and/or telephone) sessions to clients across Alberta. My areas of expertise include: stress, burnout, grief, trauma, life transitions and relationships. I work from a holistic perspective and strive to create a supportive space for those navigating the unique challenges of rural and farm life.
