Dr. Nicole Dodd

Farmers feed the world. They work in and against the elements, year-round, They keep working even when the world takes them for granted. They work, so everyone else can eat. I work for farmers and their communities.

I get it – I grew up on a farm and work on one now. When I’m not with my clients, I’m outside, building a ranch from the ground up. I know how much of you goes into your work and I want to help you.

My approach is very practical and skills-based. I help my clients develop the skills and strategies they need for satisfying and productive lives. I help people communicate better with each other and to come together to tackle any challenges life throws at them. With a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology, I understand the business side of things and can help there too. I am particularly passionate about supporting family businesses.

Sometimes we have to work through what happened in the past to move on. Having someone to tell your story to helps. That’s why I use narrative therapy to help people process grief and trauma so that they can heal. I provide a supportive environment where you can tell your story and help to make sense of it.
